For those who don’t know, Franny Koelsch Jeffries of Koelsch Gallery and Rebecca Lankford of Studio 703 + RLD have a long and beautiful history together. The two first crossed paths more than 20 years ago, before Rebecca was an established jewelry designer. Franny (who originally built and owned the studio that is now Studio 703) recognized Rebecca’s incredible talent and launched her career as an independent jewelry designer.
Twenty years later, Rebecca’s jewelry can be found all over the country and Franny and Rebecca are still very close friends. The two have come full circle and now are partnering up once more to bring you a curated selection of art from both established and emerging artists from Texas, USA and abroad.
Koelsch Gallery represents more than 20 artists with pieces ranging from mixed media paintings and sculptures, whimsical contemporary works and folk/outsider art. There is a consistent rotating selection of pieces available for purchase and viewing at Studio 703 + RLD, so feel free to stop by anytime to check them out. We’re located at 703 Yale Street and open Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
